Lambtastic Lamb

Harriet Heathcote is a young shepherdess based in the Weald producing fantastic grass-fed lamb. 

As a result of her growing reputation for producing the best quality we have, having discussed it with the Heathcote team, going to buy on a regular basis whole lamb from them as they become available and sell to you ready butchered. As this is a whole carcass policy there are only a certain number of cuts and joints available.  

It is likely the produce will be frozen in order to make sure it transports to you correctly.
