Smoked Organic Duddleswell 125g

Smoked Duddleswell is a hard cheddar-style cheese made from organic sheep milk. It has a well-rounded, rich flavour with a slightly sweet and nutty hint that comes from being aged for around 10 months.

We traditionally smoke the cheese over oak shavings at the dairy, giving the cheese a deliciously light smokiness that blends perfectly with the nuttiness of the sheep cheese.

We cold smoked our cheeses in our own smokery at the dairy. Using only oak shavings for between 4 and 8 hours, depending on the wind!
