Saint Giles 150g

A delicious cow’s milk cheese made using the curd washed process, which removes all the whey during making.

It has very buttery texture, similar to Port Salut, and melts extremely well, making Saint Giles a great cheese to cook with.

Saint Giles is named after the Church in Horsted Keynes, where the Dairy is based.
