Our Box Size Guide

Veg Boxes

Small - 6-8 portions of veg, usually for 2 people.
Medium - 7-8 portions of veg, usually for 3-4 people
Large - 7-9 portions of veg, usually for 4+ people
Veg & Fruit Mix - 1-2 portions of fruit & 5-6 portions of veg, usually for 2 people (1 fruit if higher cost soft fruit)

Budget - 4 portions of veg, usually for 1 person

Fruit Boxes

Small - 4-5 portions of fruit, usually for 1-2 people.
Medium - 5-6 portions of fruit, usually for 3-4 people. 
Large- 5-7 portions of fruit, usually for 4+ people.
Budget - 3-4 portions of fruits, usually for 1 person

Fish Boxes

Small - usually 3-4 different types of fish.
Large - usually 5-6 different types of fish. 

All our Fruit comes from Kent farms.. 

In Winter we do use some citrus otherwise it would be apples & pears only

Please note in soft fruit season the contents items may drop as quite frankly soft fruit is a lot more expensive than apples and pears.
