Plattinums Kentish Cobnuts are lightly caramelised and enrobed in a single estate Ecuador dark chocolate and Gana milk chocolate, they are a unique product world wide and as a result of the small area of crops still grown are limited in supply.
These chocolates produced by Potash Farm are a rare and exceptional after dinner luxury, combining the distinctive flavours of very high quality chocolate and the roasted kernel of the cobnut.
Fudges and Brittles
A Cobnut is a type of hazelnut traditionally grown in Kent. They are harvested in their green state from mid August and with brown shells and husks by mid October. All the Cobnuts are sold de-husked from mid October onward.
Nutrition Typically contain 12%-17% protein and 10%-15% fibre | Contain vitamin E,B1, B6 and calcium.
