Supporting the rural economy since 2006.
Kent Veg Box was created to support local farmers and make it easier to eat seasonally. We work directly with growers across Kent, paying fairly and sourcing produce at its best. Every box reflects what’s truly in season, not what’s been stored or shipped long distances. Simple, honest food from people you can trust.
- We actually support our farmers
- Seasonal veg, every delivery
- Always from Kent, a lower food footprint.
With each box, you make a real impact
Paying Farmers Better
By working directly with farmers, we pay a fairier price - no exclusivity, no unfair contracts, just better prices for the farmers who grow your food.
Reduction in Food Miles
Transportation of produce is the main contribution factor to the produce's total emissions. We shorten this journey considerably and let you know how many food miles from the farms each week.
Embracing all veg
We embrace all veg, wonky and surplus. All seasonal, all fresh, all good.
Investing in new growers
We are able to commit to a new grower for the long term. We can encourage small-scale farming by commiting to buy what they produce, meaning they can plant with a guranteed buyer and price.
