As a result of her growing reputation for producing the best quality we have, having discussed it with the Heathcote team, going to buy on a regular basis whole lamb from them as they become available and sell to you ready butchered. As this is a whole carcass policy there are only a certain number of cuts and joints available, so there is here a list of available items for you to pre-order. We will then deliver to you with your next delivery once we have the produce.
It is likely the produce will be frozen in order to make sure it transports to you correctly.
